Extended Return Policy
- Return Period: You can return* or exchange products between the 7th and 14th day after receiving them.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Required Documentation: Please include the invoice and all original documents with your return.
- Exceptions: Returns are accepted for product unavailability or manufacturing defects.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled due to product unavailability or other valid reasons. If this happens, you will be notified via email.
- Return Shipping: If you receive the wrong product, we’ll take care of the return shipping costs.
